Director of Sales
ClickFox is presently seeking driven, dynamic and proven Senior Sales Executives to immediately expand our North American sales organization in the role(s) of Sales Director. The individual(s) will be responsible for prospecting, business development, sales and account management to generate revenue from ClickFox's customer experience analytics (CEA) solutions.
The primary focus of the role is to develop new business and close sales deals to achieve territory targets. The sales cycle typically involves interacting with C-level business executives at Fortune 500 enterprises, while leveraging Directors and Managers of various departments to build knowledge and visibility across the organization. The Director of Sales must consistently and compellingly demonstrate and convey the ClickFox value proposition.
This is a direct, outside sales position, with regional responsibility that offers challenge, significant financial reward and the opportunity to sell one of the most innovative technologies in the CRM marketplace today. Director of Sales Responsibilities:
- Achieve/Exceed Quarterly and Annual Revenue Quotas on a consistent basis
- Identify and effectively qualify sales leads and maintain a sales pipeline equivalent to at least 3 times quota as measured via Salesforce.com
- Develop and execute on sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/ business objectives and provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts
- Develop business solutions that solve customer application integrity problems through the use of ClickFox's patented software
- Implement and leverage sales/marketing tactics and programs in order to meet or exceed assigned territory objectives
- Identify and qualify prospective customers and penetrate targeted prospects in your assigned geographical territory
- Develop a team selling approach and act as a liaison between ClickFox's customers and pre-sales technical specialists, and the customer service organization
- Meet or exceed annual quota attainment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Track all sales activity through the sales automation system
- Manage prospect accounts to achieve expedient purchase decisions
Minimum Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of Enterprise Software Sales Experience preferable
- Preferable prior company experience includes Business Intelligence, Content Management, Customer Relationship and/or Web Analytics Application
- Start up/Growth Equity experience and managing an early stage territory
- Process-driven approach to identifying opportunities and building out early stage sales funnel
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing and managing skills
- Proven, consistent successful track record with annual quota attainment in the $3M+ range over the past 5 years
- Extensive business solution selling experience and proven track record in selling/presenting to C-Level and Senior Level Business (E-Commerce, CARE, CIO and Finance Executives
- Dynamic presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate at all levels to achieve win-win results
- Experience in consultative selling, account and customer relationship development at senior levels
- Ability to run complex high-value sales strategies within multiple transactions
